It is a common belief among educators and theorists that successful careers and happy lives depend less on intellectual and cognitive ability, but more on emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n
Seemingly intangible and incomprehensible, emotional intelligence is believed to be an under-explored element that can be learned, acquired, practised, internalized and eventually become a habit and a way of life.<\/p>\n
