Primary School Joint School Staff Development Workshop, School Year 2023-24
On 22nd September 2023, Dr. Hong Lo Chi Chun conducted a Little Mushroom Primary School Joint School Staff Development Workshop in Po Leung Kuk Gold & Silver Exchange Society Pershing Tsang School. More than 30 teachers enthusiastically engaged in lively discussion on “How to groom emotional intelligence among students’. They shared in the questionnaires that they would actively participate in the school based emotional intelligence and positive education. More than 90% of the participants agreed that the workshop was fruitful and beneficial to their personal and professional development.

On 16th September, 2023, Dr Hong Lo Chi Chun conducted a Non-Chinese Speaking Parent Workshop in PLK Gold & Silver Exchange Societies Pershing Tsang School. Parents enthusiastically engaged in lively discussion on how to groom emotional intelligence among children. They supported systematic implementation of emotional and positive education, helping students grow happily and healthily. 😊

Little Mushroom Storybooks Introductory Session, School Year 2022-23
On 4th March 2023, Little Mushroom Storybooks Introductory Session was successfully conducted in QESOSA Tong Kwok Wah Secondary School. All participating principals and teachers were fully engaged in the discussion and half of them were interested in joining the “English Enhancement Program” in 2023-24 school year. We were impressed by Ms. Samantha Lau for her enlightening sharing about the practice in PLK Tin Ka Ping Millennium Primary School to merge phonics teaching into Little Mushroom Storybooks, grooming active learners in listening to audios on their own, reading and speaking aloud confidently and learning more useful phrases in expressing their own emotional stories in daily life.👏👏👏👏
