Primary Partner Schools adopt Little Mushroom: Emotional Intelligence for Children – Family Edition to promote emotional intelligence among students.
In order to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching of emotional intelligence education, to strengthen teacher development and parent education, the editorial committee of Little Mushroom: Emotional Intelligence for Children has been launching a partnership programme with partner schools which comprises teacher workshops and parent seminar.
2022-23 Seminar Topic: “Be an EQ Parent – Foster Your Children’s Emotional Intelligence.”
Content:
– Concept and importance of Emotional Intelligence
– Six steps of Emotional Intelligence Education
– Learning and Teaching methodologies of Little Mushroom: Emotional Intelligence for Children in school context
– How parents can apply emotional intelligence education at home and learn to be EQ parents.
– Group Discussion – Ways to teach children to recognise, express, communicate and manage emotions.
Parent Seminar（2 hours）
Target number of parents: 50-200 parents
Fee: Speaker Allowance $4,000 per seminar (Onsite) / $3,500 per seminar (Online)
